PayPal is the only way of payment we accept.
- Please pay within 3 days of confirming your order. If payment has not been made within that period, your order may be cancelled -
All items are shipped out in 1-3 Business days after payment has cleared.
We will ship to the address on your Paypal. Please make sure your Paypal address is correct and "safe" to receive items.
- Standard shipping from S.Korea Post by Registered Small Packet Air Mail.
Estimated Delivery time: 7-28 business days after being shipped.
But some country may take longer than that due to strict custom inspection (ex.South America, Russia and Eastern Europe, etc.)
- Expedited shipping: Express Mail Service(EMS)
Estimated Delivery time: 3-8 business days after being shipped.
EMS is strongly recommended for over $100 orders. Recipient’s phone number required.
- This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or in climate weather conditions.
- Tracking number will be issued by Korea Post and we can use this number to follow up if item is lost.
Tracking number will be provided upon request. (PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE DURING CHECKOUT PROCESS AND LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE IF YOU WISH TO KNOW YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.)
- Only item not receive over 2 months will be considered as shipping lost. Please understand this is oversea shipping, delivery time we can't control.
- Import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees are not included in the item price. You are responsible for paying any additional charges customs clearance. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
- We guarantee our products but if you are not completely satisfied with your item, we are happy to exchange any purchases. You can simply return and get a refund or exchange to other items. Please notify us before return.
- Item needs to be returned within 10 days after you receive it and it should be not used. The items must be returned in all of the original packaging.
- Returns will be determined on a case by case basis. If there is a problem, please contact us before return, we will not accept the unauthorized return. Replacement items will be exchanged within 5 days from the day we receive the returned items.
- We can’t be responsible for a change of mind, unclaimed item(additional post charge wili be request) or lost mail but if the mistake is ours, we will be glad to give full refund.
